Meet The Team

Eric Lee is the Senior Program Manager for Defense Programs. Prior to joining us Eric was a Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager at Dynamic Systems Technology and Golden Key Group supporting DoD and Civilian organizations. Eric brings over 9 years of experience in many areas including, but not limited to, organizational development, analytical research, process improvement, stakeholder management, financial management, and staffing and team management.

Eric’s unique combination of strategic planning, problem solving and analytical skills has enabled him to deliver exceptional results to his Federal clients, team members and organizational stakeholders. His focus on coordination, communication and collaboration has ensured successful project implementation and exceeding customer goals while managing multiple projects and leading various teams concurrently.

Eric received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia with a major in Political Science and a minor in history.

In his free time, Eric enjoys hiking and training and taking care of his friends’ many dogs.
