Meet The Team

Hagan brings 19 years of financial management experience supporting  public, private, and nonprofit organizations within the telecommunications and government contracting sectors in Northern Virginia. She joined ODRG in 2023 and supports ODRG’s CFO as the Finance Program Analyst using [skills, techniques, and tools to plan, execute and control programs. Prior to joining ODRG, Hagan was the Finance Manager leading all FP&A, AP/AR, payroll, and ongoing program management for InTec LLC, a Veteran owned, government contracting company for 8 years. She holds a master’s degree first degree in [Business Administration from Marymount University.
