Meet The Team

Susan joined ODRG in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s finance, accounting, and pricing functions.  She brings more than two decades of government contracting experience where she has held roles in all aspects of business operations. Prior to joining ODRG, Sue served as the CFO of InTec, a Serviced-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), where she was responsible for all aspects of accounting, finance, and pricing. She financially led the business through its sale at the end of 2022.

Sue began her career at Lockheed Martin as a member of the Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP), where she rotated through various roles of business operations. After graduating the program, she experienced numerous positions with increasing responsibility; eventually leading a $600M division responsible for accounting, finance, and pricing and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).

Sue earned her bachelor’s in Political Science from Kent State University. She went on to earn her Master of Business Administration from Kent State and Master of Arts in International Business from Groupe Ecole Superieure in Rennes, France.

Sue currently lives in Vienna, VA with her husband and two children.
