ARLINGTON, Va. – Oct. 30, 2020 – The Department of Defense (DoD) is partnering with Organizational Development Resource Group, LLC (ODRG) to provide training solutions and executive coaching for enterprise leaders. The DoD has initiated the contract in September for a six-month period of performance with an option to renew for four years.

ODRG is managing the Learning Management System, developing and delivering Supervisory and Managerial training, Executive Coaching, and creating the retirement and project management training curriculum. ODRG will facilitate 24 virtual and in-person classes in the Washington, D.C. region; San Antonio, Texas; Monterey, Calif.; Pensacola, Fla., and Patrick Air Force Base, Fla. ODRG will provide executive coaching for approximately 284 personnel.

ODRG has a track record of implementing training and executive coaching programs for aspiring and emerging Federal government, Defense, and corporate leaders. These training programs are designed to close gaps between current workforce competencies and future requirements. For the contract, ODRG is also analyzing data and assessing existing training, while supporting Enterprise training course development and evaluation.
