ODRG’s move stems from its need to maintain an open-space, creative environment for its growing workforce. “The WeWork facility provides the perfect setting to inspire greater creativity and productivity across our teams,” said Sophia Harris, ODRG CEO.  “I am excited to offer our employees a safe, modern, high-tech workspace with countless amenities.”

The majority of ODRG employees, spread across the U.S., continue to work remotely due to COVID-19 and will gradually return to their respective offices over the next few months. ODRG will continue to offer flexible teleworking options to employees.
